Love Yourself

Maybe once you read the title you'll directly remember Justin Bieber's song eh? But no that's not what I want to talk about today. I just want to said to all people who are dealing with anxiety and self-esteem problem just remember that you're not the only one, I do too. It was worse for me couple of years ago but I recovered for now, even tough I still have problem with it at some point and somehow but I keep on repeating this words "Love Yourself" on my mind. I once heard a sermon that "Once we come to agree with our negative thoughts, we give power to all these negativity to rule over us. But we should remember and believe that God created us perfect just the way we are." So please don't ever change no matter what the reasons are, esp. when you change yourself for someone #DONT, don't ever dare to do that, if someone ask you to change then that's mean that person doesn't love you truly #clearly, if you happen to deal with that kind of situation, leave, because clearly you don't have reasons to stay and feel insecure all the time. You'll find someone who will love you just the way you are eventually *wink wink*

Okay, I'm so sorry for the random thoughts that I shared today and I don't even say sorry for the long absence here on my blog, aaa I'm so sorry but I'm just at the moment busy with my entrepreneur's project where I have to create a brand and sell it at expo or bazaar This Sunday, 13 December 2015 at Living World Mall, Alam Sutera, Tangerang. Not Your Average Babe

If you ask me what's my true style or what look or outfit that makes me feel confident or screams out me or #TheSwaggieUnicorn, I present you this look. Yap, I ain't that typical average babe or gurl who loves to wear flats/heels, flowy skirt, typical "cici badai" outfit, I personally loves to see those look on other people but not on me, many times I wore them out or some places, I feel okay and when I look at myself on the mirror I will say "wow you look so girl-ish" but my inner thoughts would say "this is so not you." and even tough I got tons of compliments I'm not confident in that outfit. There's even some times when I went out with a guy and I was wearing snapback and he told me "why do you wear snapback? don't wear it again next time please" and I was like "wtf?" at first stupidly I listened to him I even changed my style into more girlier until one day I realized why would I want to change for someone that doesn't even accept me for what I am #ohnoyoudidntgurl #beast, I know I really want to be in a relationship so bad tho at the moment (I'm tired of college #typical) but at the same time I just want to be with someone who can make me feels like I'm myself, makes me comfortable when I'm around him and most importantly accept me for what I am (including my swaggie world). Okay I'm so sorry if this is getting out of fashion or ootd topic but I just want to share a little story of mine here, hope you don't mind :)

Accidentally wore matching stripes monochrome outfit with my bae a.k.a my bby sissy, bigel when we went to church couple of weeks ago. When we wore matching items nowadays it we always laugh remembering the good ol' times when we have a lot of matching items, tshirt, dresses, hair-clip and much more. We don't really wear matching outfit again now because we both have very different styles even tough our fashion pieces will never go out from jumper, pants, sneakers and sling bag. I love my bby sis a lot even tough she's just a cousin but I shared a lot of memories with her. We usually have sleepover at my house and love to play together. I remember when I used to have nintendo ds for the first time I will never let her play it when she really wanted to play #meansissy. Anyway in my cookie of life my sister will always be the chocolate chip (my fave!) :D

A quick #OOTD shots that I took while I was at PIM accompanying my mom works yesyerday and I took this on the busway's station #werk #lol but somehow I love the result tho~ I posted one of the photo on my instagram earlier, which you should def follow me there @michellesanjaya ;;) Anyway, I went book shopping yesterday at Kinokuniya PIM. Man! It was very spontaneous of me to steps in that place and I just feels home #okay, at first I only planned to get the clique series that I've been collecting for like ever and it was also on sale #scored but I ended up raid the whole store I guess, I initially planned not to shop anymore since I need to save up for new phone but gosh Kinokuniya is an exception, I haven't been there for like months so yeah.. Anyway, I want to spend the rest of my holiday reading, sounds cliche or nerdy but nah it's cool tho #gonerds, I'll probably do a book review soon if I turns out to be liking the novel I bought yesterday, so far it's been amazing! ;D

Golden Hour

Around 2 weeks ago, I met my blogger buddy, kak Onya from A Little Color at our fave and beloved mall, Mall @ Alam Sutera -woop woop- and we had tons of stuffs to talked about and as always we did our #OOTD's shots there, I must honestly say that this is the best #OOTD shots I've taken so far! I just love my outfits and all the photos results, so sorry for the heaps amount of photos for today but I can't help it not to post everything hehehe

Anyway, for that day I have a friday's holy mass service at my univ's new student orientation and we all have to wear batik. I'm that type of person that doesn't really fancy batik but since I have to wear one I go to my aunt's closet and borrowed it from her, this batik really caught my eyes, I fell in love at first sight! First, its quite big so I can wear it as an outerwear like this. Second, the color is perf, black and white! Perfect for monochrome lover like me. Third, its short-sleeves perfect for Jakarta's hot weather.
