How are you? Hope you all are well, safe and healthy. I am so thrilled and honoured to be able to try out Kose Cosmeport New Products, Suncut Tone Up UV Essence Sunscreen and Clear Turn Babyish Mask A, B, C. Many thanks Clozette Indonesia (@ClozetteID) and Kose Cosmeport Indonesia (@KoseCosmePortid) for letting me try this product out. Take a look below for full review.

- Suncut Tone Up UV Essence Sunscreen - 

To be very honest, this is a love at first sight HAHAA! First the packaging is in lilac colour and when I squeeze it out for the first time, OMAGAAAA, IT’S IN LIGHT LILAC COLOR!!! SO PRETTY!! This product claims to protect the skin from UV A and UV B with sPF 50+ & PA++++. It also claims to brighten the skin as if you’re using filter lol. It could also be use as makeup base and has Allerguard formula to prevent from external pollution.

Below I’ll breakdown the ingredients contained:

-Raspberry: nourish and moisturise the skin. Since it’s packed with antioxidants, it could prevent the damaging effects of the sun, prevent redness and slow down aging.

-Lemon: antioxidant, slow down sebum, brightens the skin, may help reduce skin damage and premature aging.

-Hyaluronic Acid: moisturise the skin, reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

-Vitamin C Derivative: antixodiant.

After one week usage, I really like it!! What they claimed to brighten the skin tone. It really did!! But it’s not too much nor too white as if you’re wearing mask but the bright is natural and dewy look. The texture is creamy but what I loves the most is that it’s not sticky on the face and doesn’t makes my face looks shining oily lol. Definitely a ‘will repurchase’ for me!! They had at me at lilac lol.

Btw even if you’re currently just staying at home or just staying indoor basically, it is strongly advisable to still use sunscreen. Because we never know the rays of sunlight that comes through the window or elsewhere. I once read that we could get UV A or UV B from the rays of photocopy machine that is not good for your skin.

- Clear Turn Babyish Mask A, B, C -

One package contains 7 sheet masks. This mask could be use daily or for everyday usage. It claims to moisturise the skin, so it could feels like baby skin? Btw this product is sell exclusively at Watsons Store Indonesia, go try it out for yourself now. Below are the variants difference I’ve breakdown:

-A (the pink one): mainly contains hyaluronic acid, lipidure, amino acid, glycerin - that are good for extra moisture. As we know some of the ingredients are great for skin moisture.

-B (the yellow one): mainly contains collagen, honey, amino acid, hyaluronic acid that could intensify the skin elasticity. Collagen are very well known for anti-aging.

-C (the white one): mainly contains vitamin c, hyaluronic acid, glycerin, amino acid that could help brightens the skin.

I’ve tried to use this mask everyday and I lasts for 3 days straight so far lol. I put this mask on my face as advised for 10-15 minutes. The essence did feels very moisturising on the skin, it may feels a little sticky but it really absorbs really well to the skin. Leaving my skin feels so dewy and supple. The mask texture is also feels soft.

Overall it’s a yay and ‘will repurchase’ from my side. Especially the Suncut’s sunscreen doe!! It’s definitely my new found love. For sunscreen, as long you don’t make me looks like I’m wearing mask and not sticky, you’ve special place in my heart lol. As Beautiful As Posy Beauty

How are you? Hope all is well. Hari ini aku mau mereview salah satu brand local Indonesia yaitu Posy Beauty!! Aku dapat products dari Posy Beauty (@posybeautyid) ini juga sebagai project bareng Clozette Indonesia (@clozetteid). So terus baca ke bawah untuk more infos tentang Posy Beauty dan review aku setelah pemakaian produknya pada diri aku sendiri.

Pertama aku mau sedikit info tentang Posy Beauty itself. Posy Beauty didirikan oleh 2 perempuan Indonesia, Diandra dan Amanda pada tahun 2017 di website mereka. No worries karena Posy Beauty lip matte aman, they’re halal, vegan, cruelty free, dan lipstick mereka sendiri mengandung Vitamin E sehingga tidak membuat bibir kering, menutrisi bibir, meregenerasi sel kulit bibir dan sangat pigmented (I tested it out myself!! Aku sendiri udah coba kok!!).

// Gluttony //

Aku excited banget jujur untuk mencoba Posy Beauty ini karena aku sendiri jarang banget menemukan vegan lipstick matte local, lipstick halal dan tahan lama. Dari membaca brief infos tentang Posy Beauty aja udah excites me karena to be very honest aku tuh kalau bisa membeli products locally, aku lebih setuju! Karena pertama I’m very proud bisa membeli matte lipstick Indonesia, as an Indonesian I’m so proud of my fellow Indonesian friends especially girls support girls, so happy for Diandra and Amanda. Kedua, dengan banyaknya beauty brands keluaran Indonesia, it proofs kalo Indonesia juga tidak kalah innovative dengan negara luar sana. Ketiga, dengan adanya local brands it could contributes to perekonomian Indonesia. Jadi yuk terus lanjut baca untuk review aku setelah pemakaian.

Aku waktu dapet liquid lipstick Posy Beauty jujur aku skeptical. Aku takut kalo liquid lipstick itu bakal sangat mengeringkan bibir aku dan susah untuk diaplikasikan ke bibir. Waktu aku ngeliat warnanya jujur cantik banget donggg! Aku dapet 3 warna. Pertama “Pride” lebih ke maroon brick red gtu, kedua “gluttony” lebih ke baby pink and ketiga “lust” lebih ke magenta pink keunguan. Gluttony sendiri merupakan warna dari Posy Beauty yang diluncurkan pada 14 February 2019 di hari Valentine sesuai dengan suasana dan temanya. 

// Pride //

Dari 3 warna yang paling aku suka Pride karena menurutku red brick itu warna yang safe dan masuk ke semuanya. Aku jujur warna pink bukan warna aku banget Karena pink colors make my skin paler atau pucat. Tapi surprisingly waktu aku pake Gluttony suka banget! Aku berasa susah banget menemukan shade of pink yang cocok di aku dan aku berasa ini cocok banget banget. Lipstick ini mungkin pas awal pakai aku berasa agak menggumpal dan susah diaplikasikan tapi setelah beberapa kali pakai enak banget dipake dan brush lipsticknya soft. Finishing dari lipstick ini juga soft-matte dan yang terpenting itu tidak bikin kering sama sekali terus selama lipsticknya stays di bibir itu bibirku berasa enteng kayak tidak pakai lipstick gitu~ Karena lipstick ini mengandung Vitamin E obviously bisa merawat juga menutrisi bibir dan membantu meregenerasi sel kulit bibir, dapat mengembalikan warna bibir menjadi natural seperti semula dan dapat mengurangi garis-garis halus di bibir. Menurutku Posy Beauty merupakan salah satu lipstick matte brand local terbaik. Aku definitely bakal nyobain yang nude colorsnya soon sih, apalagi yang Wrath warnanya cantik banget can imagine it on my lips.

Lipstick Posy Beauty ini juga quite affordable dengan harga IDR 149,900 dan dapat dibeli melalui website Posy Beauty (www.posybeauty.co.id) atau official online store seperti Sociolla, Shopee, Blibli.com, Tokopedia, Line Shopping, dan Lazada, komplit banget kan? How are ya? I’ve been so busy being a “corporate slave” HAHAHAHAA but yeah I have real-office-job on daily basis so that’s why I’ve been so inactive lately. But anyway that’s another stories save for another post. Anyway hari ini aku mau memperkenalkan kepada kalian sebuah product skincare yang membantu brightening atau mencerahkan wajah. As y’all know yah aku sering banget complaint akhir-akhir ini kulitku sedang battling bekas jerawat yang hitam-hitam jadi bikin kulitku kusam. Akhirnya aku menemukan product yang bisa ku beli over the counter di Erha Skin, Hair & Laser Expert tanpa resep dokter! How cool is that? 

Kita kan tau yah Erha sudah punya counter di mana-mana dan biasa kita menyebut store atau counter mereka sebagai Erha Apotechary, kita bisa konsultasi semua masalah kulit kita and even masalah rambut loh dengan dermatologist yang ada di Erha Apotechary. Berikut adalah contoh Erha Apotechary and Erha Clinic yang dapat dijangkau.

Aku mau review product yang I’m so excited to try, which is serum yang dapat mencerahkan wajah yaitu TRUWHITE ACTIVATOR C SERUM. Serum ini disebut sebagai brightening serum. Serum ini mengandung 10% vitamin c dan targeted whitening system, yang berfungsi menghambat pembentukan melanin, merangsang produksi collagen, menghambat efek buruk radikal bebasm melembapkan dan mencerahkan kulit, nah komplit banget kan? Aku tuh sering kali dengar dari my fellow skincare blogger friend, Grace, Vitamin C bagus buat memudarkan bekas jerawat and she recommend to use serum that contains Vitamin C untuk my bekas acne scars. Aku jujur bingung banget waktu nyari produk serum Vitamin C, so waktu aku dengar Erha ada produk ini, I’M SO HAPPY!! Karena Erha itu affordable and mudah dicari dan tidak ribet dibelinya.

I have good first impression sama serum ini karena it comes in pump! I’m sold for all product yang pake pump since it’s more hygienic and mudah di aplikasikan ke muka. The texture of this product tuh kentel but still a lil bit gooey and runny gtuuu, mucho love deh. Serum ini juga mencerahkan wajah setelah satu minggu loh, mukaku yg a lil bit kusam & bekas jerawat yg rada gelap juga jadi lebih cerah.

Produk kedua yaitu TRUWHITE ACTIVATOR DAY CREAM. Ini merupakan pelembap yang diperkaya dengan 4 whitening agent, one of em is Arbutin (it’s from Bearberry) berfungsi sebagai zat pencerah sehingga efektif mencerahkan dan melembapkan kulit, mengurangi bitnik-bintik (hipermipmentation #MYPROBLEM) serta menghambat pembentukan melanin pada kulit dan tabir surya (prevent UVA & UVB). FYI, kombinasi pemakaian TRUWHITE ACTIVATOR DAY CREAM dan night cream akan memberikan 24 hrs re-brightening system, silahkan dicoba if you’re curious! Product ini juga aman loh digunakan untuk ibu hamil dan menyusui.

Again this product comes with pump jadi I’m sold. Texturenya sendiri cream putih gtu yah tapi dia ga bikin kulit kita jadi kayak pake topeng gtu kok ehehehee. It comes with SPF 25PA++ jadi udah berfungsi sebagai sunscreen juga, 2 in 1 gitu dehh. If only it comes with bigger SPF, but nonetheless it's still a great product and really worth to try buat kalian apalagi yang berasa pake 2 products, moisturiser and sunscreen itu ribet hehehee.

Last product on this review, SKIN BARRIER FACIAL WASH. Sabun pembersih wajah ini tidak mengandung SLS (Sodium Lauryl Sulphate) dan paraben, diformulasikan khusus dengan busa lembut dan bahan non-iritant. Tidak hanya membersihkan, tetapi juga menjaga kelembapan dan mempertahankan fungsi barrier kulit. Sehingga sesuai untuk kulit kering, sensitif dan atopi. Mengandung aquaxyl, PHA (Gluconolactone), zinc PCA dan D-Panthenol sebagai moisturizing agent. Dilengkapi aloe vera extract dan dipotassium glycyrrhizinate sebagai anti inflamasi. Barrier kulit merupakan lapisan terluar kulit yang terdiri dari sel-sel kulit (corneocytes) yang saling terikat dengan adanya lapisan lipid. Lapisan barrier ini bersifat impermeable sehingga mencegah hilangnya air/ kelembapan dari dalam kulit dan mecegah masuknya mikroorganisme atau iritan yang merusak kulit. Rusaknya barrier kulit menyebabkan kulit menjadi kering, bersisik, gatal, teriritasi atau sensitif.

To be honest, when I first heard this product, aku ragu untuk mencoba. Karena my skin is combination gravitating toward oily. Aku takut because I use this product kulitku malah jadi berminyak banget kayak bungkus gorengan. But this product is so gentle on my skin and kulitku jadi lembut banget and my skin feels so soft afterward. To my surprise bagian kulitku yang kering di daerah hidung juga jadi lebih hydrated and looks healthier than ever.

Jadi ketiga produk yang aku review ini dapat dibeli di Erha Apotechary langsung over the counter tanpa konsultasi dan tanpa resep dokter juga. But kalau kalian mau konsultasi terlebih dahulu mengenai skin problem yang kalian hadapain juga boleh banget loh apalagi biar bisa lebih di rekomendasikan produk yang lebih sesuai dengan kulit kalian. Kin's Fresh Milk from A2 Cows #ChellesReview

Remember my last post where I talked about Kin’s fresh milk made from A2 cows? So today after consuming it couple of times, it’s time for the full review.

I drink this Kin fresh milk just the way it is or sometimes I dip my oreo into the full cream one and it’s like a perfect combination, you can actually drink this Kin fresh to accompany your cereal as well. I usually drank this Kin fresh milk most of the time during the mid-day at around 3-4PM, critical time for munching to snacks or sometimes for breakfast. Let’s be real, drinking milk for breakfast is actually one of my biggest fear hahahaa because consuming milk in the morning gives me stomachache sometimes and the pain will last throughout the whole day, it’s just a torture. I don’t feel like doing anything once I have stomachache because I would probably want to curled up in my bed like a rolled potato because it’s just so painful and distracting sometimes.

 At first when I heard all the goodness from the A2 cows that differs from regular milk that contain both A1 and A2 protein, I’m in awe like it sounded like magic to me but at the same time I’m reluctant because is it really working that effectively? BUT TO MY SURPRISE!! After drinking this Kin fresh milk, I did not get stomachache like how I used to and its amazing! I can finally drink milk for breakfast at peace. This one bottle can keep me full for some while which is a good thing so I don’t have to sneakily munching to “micin” or unhealthy snacks. I know I’m not the only one here who snacks on “micin” all the time eh? HAHAHAHA

As y’all know I’m currently working in a bank, doing a real-office-job, 8 hours in a day, sitting in front of a computer and what’s bad is that I noticed throughout my days, I EAT ALL THE TIME!! I don’t know why but I just feel so hungry all the time, so I can’t help myself but munching to snacks all the time. Worries no more, now if I have the urge to snacking I can just drink this Kin fresh milk. It’s much healthier and the taste just suits me so well. Perfect for an office worker like me that couldn’t get enough exercise but still want to stay healthy. Milk is rich in calcium and good for your bones. Especially in my early 20s it’s better to prevent since early stage rite? 

While on the weekend I will try my best to stay active and do some exercise (well mostly dancing to KPOP songs are what I called “exercise” doe HAHAHAA). Because of that exercise I need to stay full but not too full and Kin fresh milk is definitely my go-to-pick because it keeps me full just right. Especially for a milk addict like me, this Kin fresh milk that’s made from A2 cows are perfect because it doesn’t give me stomachache (I’m lactose intolerance btw). The size of the bottle is perfect to just slip in my bag and run some weekend errands. While on traffic or on the go, I can just take a sip and I’m good yauss. Don’t worry  if you think plastic bottle is not safe etc, Kin fresh milk is the only milk products that’s packed in bottle with UV light barrier to guarantee the product with no preservatives or additives. I let my family and friends tried em too and they really like it too. 

My favorite one out of the whole range is obviously the chocolate one. It’s so creamy and feels like a chocolate just melt in my mouth. Y’all should try the other flavors as well, full cream and coffee. The coffee one taste so unique and fresh, it’s just new flavor to me. I can taste the creaminess of the caffeine. The full cream is definitely will be everyone’s top favorite. Because it’s so versatile and you can just combine it with anything, oreo, cereal, snacks, you name it. Kin fresh milk is made from high quality A2 cows, where they really take a very good care of the cows extra carefully. Kin fresh milk that comes from A2 cows won’t cause nauseous feels as stated by Ms Tiffany Pratiwi Suwandi, brand manager from Kin. This Kin fresh milk is 100% fresh milk from A2 cows with no preservatives added into it which is great.

Final verdict for this Kin fresh milk from A2 cows, AH-MAZING!! I think it’s an innovative yea for substituting milk that usually contains mixed of both A1 and A2 cows proteins into a milk that FULLY contain protein from A2 cows only. I think Kin is the first one here in Indonesia to launch fresh milk that fully made from A2 cows. Which is a brilliant idea since there are many people that are lactose intolerance and people that’s not used to consuming milk. Clinique Dramatically Different Hydrating Event

I attended the Clinique Dramatically Different Hydrating Event last Saturday at Kota Kasablanka alongside Vania, Deedee, Vina, Ghina. We’re invited by the lovely Diras as she hosted the event that day. We got to tried out the new product and got a full makeover by the Clinique Team, WOW! So here’s some snippets of the fun and transformation from that day.

Before the makeover we actually got consultation with the Clinique consultant to test out which product suits our skin the best. Since there are three kind of variance for the Clinique moisturizer. There’s the lotion one which is perfect for dry skin, gel for oily skin and the newest jelly for all skin type but the jelly is designed specifically for those who lives in a busy city and has high pollution. I’m so interested in the jelly one because fyi I take gojek and commute to work every day. Clinique is turning 51 this year and in every 5 or 8 years they renewed the formula for their infamous moisturizer.

I got my face makeover by the gorgeous Stephanie. She actually did a great job in transforming me doe, thank you luv! Since I have some acnes on my face I specifically use the anti-blemish solutions foundation. They said that their makeup actually contains some ingredients used in their skincare, so how cool is that I feel much safer in using their makeup products on my face.
